The general conditions are valid for the legal relationship that emerges between the client of the online store (booking.ahhaa.ee) (henceforth the Buyer) and the owner of booking.ahhaa.ee (henceforth the AHHAA online ticket store):

when goods are purchased.

The general conditions cannot contradict the legislative norms valid in the Republic of Estonia and are supplemented with these norms, if necessary (in case of disputes or missing information).

The AHHAA online ticket store and the Buyer wish to trade via booking.ahhaa.ee under the conditions provided in this document.

By making an order on the AHHAA online ticket store webpage and making a payment, the Buyer confirms that they have read the sales conditions and agree with them.

The prices of the tickets listed on the AHHAA online ticket store webpage are in euros and include 22% VAT.

The AHHAA online ticket store reserves the right to change the prices. If the Buyer submitted their order before the change, then the price displayed at the moment the purchase was made applies for them.

In the online store, you can pay for the selected goods via the bank link of all Baltic banks, Google Pay, Apple Pay or credit card. 


NB! After paying for the goods, a notification of payment will be displayed in the payment environment. It is not necessary to go back to the online store page. 
Purchased tickets will be delivered to the customer, along with the invoice, to the email address specified by the customer during the purchase within a few minutes after the purchase. 

Tickets purchased online can be exchanged before the day of the visit by writing to the email address tellimus@ahhaa.ee. 

Tickets will not be refunded. Later claims will not be accepted.

The AHHAA online ticket store uses the personal data entered by the Buyer only to fulfil the Buyer’s purchase order. The AHHAA online ticket store will not disclose the information learned during the purchase process to third parties, excl. to partners to deliver the order (Buyer’s name, telephone number and delivery address) and in cases provided in law.

Regarding matters not regulated in these conditions, the Buyer and the AHHAA online ticket store shall follow the legislation valid in the Republic of Estonia and other acts regulating the relationship between the parties.
